Rugged & Tough operates a 6,000 Sq ft Workshop on-site, where we are able to Embroider, Print and Heat seal onto your garments.
No job too small, no job too big. offering one-off garments at no extra premium and volume discounts on large volumes
We don't charge Set-up fees unless the work is extremely complex and will take many hours to set up.
We only use the best materials on the market for all our work as the artwork must last the life of the garment: Using the best materials does not mean high cost as you will note from our prices, which are very very competitive.
Embroidery:
We use Madeira thread for embroidering which performs outstandingly even at 95 Degree wash cycles
Flex Logos
We use very high grade "Professional Vinyl" for our Flex Logos, which DOES NOT crack, fade or peal during the life of the garment.
Printing:
Using the lastest technology to laser print onto premium vinyl, we can put any image onto your garments and again this will not peal or crack during the life of the garments. We do not print directly onto the garments as this finish we believe does not create a professional work grade finish. Although the cost is often the same.
