We chose the Highland Cow as a logo, due to its ability to survive in the harshest of climates, in the Highlands of Scotland where it thrives. As one of the oldest breeds of cattle in the UK its resilience and fortitude puts it in a class of its own. Rugged & Tough has a mission to ensure that we source and find kit that helps provide similar protection, whatever the climate or conditions you're in.

Our Shop is just over 3,300 sqft and is in the heart of Sth Bedforshire in Hockliffe on the A5, between Dunstable (5 mins drive), Milton Keynes (10 Mins drive) and Leighton Buzzard (5 mins drive) Bedford is about 20 minutes and Aylesbury 20 minutes.

We are open 7 days per week:

Monday - Friday 9 am - 6pm,
Saturday 9 am - 5 pm
Sunday 10.30 am - 4.30 pm

Bank Holidays 10 am - 5 pm
